These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Sylvaera. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Sylvaera provides a suite of web-based data management capabilities, including but not limited to synthetic dataset generation, format conversion, PII anonymization, SQL queries and datasets generation, and JSON formatting.

AI Disclaimers: Several of our tools use generative artificial intelligence (via third-party integrations like AWS Bedrock). Because AI outputs are generated algorithmically, they may contain inaccuracies or errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and verifying the accuracy and safety of any SQL queries, mock datasets, or code generated by Sylvaera before using them in production environments.

You agree to use Sylvaera only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the website, its source code, or the underlying AI APIs.
• Using the tools to generate malicious content, malware, spam, or misleading materials.
• Flooding our servers with automated requests (DDoS, automated scraping scripts, or rate-limit violations). We reserve the right to block any IP address showing abusive request volume.
• Pasting or uploading highly confidential production secrets, passwords, or restricted intellectual property. While we process your inputs in-memory and do not store them, you upload all content at your own risk.

Your Data: Sylvaera claims no ownership or copyright over the data you paste, upload, or generate using our services. Any synthetic data, SQL queries, clean CSV outputs, or mock endpoints generated by you belong entirely to you and may be used for personal or commercial purposes without attribution.

Our Website: The styling, layout, graphics, logos, brand name (Sylvaera), and codebase of the website itself are the intellectual property of Sylvaera and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, replicate, or redistribute the design or code of our website without explicit written permission.

We do not guarantee that the website or its tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from server downtime. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our tools, including data corruption, system errors, or financial losses resulting from unverified AI outputs.
